Minería Activa signs agreement to sell Indiana Copper-Gold Project in Atacama to Galantas Gold

We signed a lease agreement with an option-to-buy for our Indiana gold and copper project, located in the Atacama Region, in a transaction valued at US$15 million.

The project will be operated by Canada-based RDL Mining Corp, which in turn is a subsidiary of Galantas Gold Corporation, a company that recently completed a C$15 million capital increase to move forward with the Indiana development.
